Freshness Guarantee:

We guarantee the freshness of all of our beef products. If you experience any issues with the freshness of your order upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will replace the affected products at no additional cost to you.

Free Shipping:

We offer free shipping on all orders within 200 miles of our processor in Oklahoma City. This offer applies only to direct shipments to customers and does not apply to wholesale orders or orders shipped to intermediaries.

Final Sales:

All sales are considered final and we do not offer refunds for orders that have already been shipped. However, if you experience any issues with the freshness of your order as described above, we will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
