Our stew meat is conveniently packaged in 1 pound packages. This makes for easier thawing and the perfect amount for your family dinner.
Each of our roasts are 3-4 pounds. This size allows for a good balance between cooking time and serving a sufficient number of proportions.
Our ground beef is packaged in 1 pound packages making it easy to cook with any recipe and for any number of people.

You can't get this good of beef at the grocery store or your local butcher, and buying online is usually really expensive. This beef is incredibly tender and deep in flavor... the marbling is ridiculous, and you can taste the difference. I love buying American too, knowing where my food comes from is super important.
